A new poll shows American voters overwhelmingly want to end the government's practice of excluding dental care from Medicare, Medicaid, and some veterans’ benefits. 

In the bustling community of East Point, we are fortunate to have a passionate and dedicated individual serving not only as our esteemed board secretary but also as a pioneering pediatrician. Driven by a commitment to address disparities in dentistry, especially among the underserved population, Dr. Norwood blazed a trail by integrating dental care and education into their pediatric practice, making a significant impact on children's oral health in the community.

The holidays are a time to reflect on the successes and challenges faced throughout the year, and Saving Smiles is truly grateful for all the support we've received. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our GoFundMe fundraising campaign to help jumpstart our mission and begin empowering youth of underserved communities with knowledge and resources to attain optimal oral health, an integral component to overall health.

Thanks to your incredible support and generosity, our most recent car wash fundraiser has been a resounding success. We are overjoyed to announce that we have made significant progress by raising just a few dollars shy of our goal of $1,000, enabling us to file for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax exempt, status! This status provides access to funding and resources that will allow us to launch programs and initiatives. We are eager to embark on this journey and turn our aspirations into reality.
